1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and jilib ("jilib," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilib online gaming platform, including our website located at https://jilib.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a jilib account, accessing the Service, or participating in any games or activities offered through the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility Requirements

You are prohibited from accessing or using the Service if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, or where the Service is restricted or prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict or deny Service access to Users from specific locations at our sole discretion.

2.3 Personal Use Only

Your jilib account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not create an account on behalf of any other person or entity, nor may you allow any other person to access your account or use the Service through your credentials. Accounts found to be used for commercial purposes, by multiple individuals, or in violation of this provision will be terminated immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, including real-money gaming, you must register for a jilib account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested on our registration form. You must promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. jilib reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account containing inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jilib account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify jilib of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify us of the security breach.

jilib employs industry-standard security measures to protect your account, including SSL encryption and secure server infrastructure. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information or account.

3.3 Account Verification

jilib reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership, and compliance with these Terms at any time. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method statements, or selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods

jilib accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine Users, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other financial institutions as displayed on our platform. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

You represent and warrant that all payment methods used to fund your jilib account belong to you, are in your legal name, and are being used with proper authorization. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name, or using fraudulent or stolen payment instruments, will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the financial institution. jilib does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as otherwise required by law.

4.3 Deposit Limits

jilib may impose deposit limits on your account based on various factors, including payment method, account status, verification level, and responsible gaming settings. You may also set your own voluntary deposit limits through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24-72 hours.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can be requested to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification and security requirements. jilib supports withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to Philippine financial institutions. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in your account area.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require enhanced verification procedures.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jilib aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during business hours, while bank transfers may take 1-5 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or during periods of high volume.

jilib reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account status, payment method, verification level, and other factors. VIP members may qualify for higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing as outlined in the VIP program terms.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds and promotional winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

jilib does not charge withdrawal fees for standard GCash transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur processing fees as specified during the withdrawal request process. Your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction charges, which are beyond jilib's control.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Offers

jilib offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are made available at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.

Participation in promotions is voluntary. By claiming or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to comply with all applicable terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and any other conditions specified in the promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jilib reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion with other players, using prohibited betting patterns or strategies to exploit bonus terms, providing false information to qualify for bonuses, or any other activity deemed to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Unused bonus funds and associated winnings may expire after a specified period as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses and winnings may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, violate any promotion terms, or breach any provision of these Terms. jilib reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

7.1 Game Results

All games offered by jilib use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance or skill as applicable to the specific game type. jilib does not and cannot influence, control, or predict game results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, all bets placed during the affected period may be voided, and stakes returned. Game results are final once the game round is complete, except in cases of clear technical error or malfunction verified by jilib's technical team.

7.2 Game Rules

Each game offered on the jilib platform has specific rules, payout tables, and gameplay mechanics, which are accessible through the game interface or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for dispute or refund.

7.3 Irregular Play

jilib reserves the right to investigate and void bets, winnings, or gameplay that exhibits irregular betting patterns, exploitation of technical errors, use of automated betting software or bots, collusion with other players, or any other activity that violates the spirit of fair play or undermines the integrity of our games.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities during registration
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in our platform
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or engaging in fraudulent financial activity
• Money laundering or using jilib services for any illegal purpose

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our platform
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Service

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your jilib account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements. Bonuses and promotional winnings may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.2 Termination by jilib

jilib reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, engaging in prohibited activities, providing false or fraudulent information, failure to complete identity verification, suspected money laundering or illegal activity, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any conduct that jilib determines to be harmful to the Service or other Users.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to jilib. Winnings obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. jilib is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from account termination.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or expiration of your account, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jilib disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilib, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if jilib has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jilib's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to jilib in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

11.3 Technical Issues

jilib is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, payment processing errors, or any other technical problems beyond our reasonable control. In the event of technical errors affecting game results, jilib reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

12. Modifications to Terms

jilib reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date, and may also provide notice through email or account notification where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
